Implementation Project Manager

• 3-4 month implementations from kickoff to fully implemented and accepted by client
• On-going account management once systems are implemented
• Some travel required - approximately 15-25%

Skills:

• Good client relationship and project management skills
  Effective risk management and escalation skills
• Good desktop skills with Microsoft suite of tools (PowerPoint, excel, word and project)
  Hard worker, quick learner, works well in a matrix or team environment
• Packaged Enterprise Software implementation experience
• 2-4 years of Project Management experience in a software implementation environment
• Telecom background not necessary, but a plus
• An entrepreneurial, self-starting personality able to take initiative and drive projects to completion, delighting clients with high-quality deliverables

Educational Requirements:

• Large enterprise software implementation experience
• Experience with project management and business analysis
• Significant consulting experience track record of problem solving and creative thinking
• Proven engagement team managerial experience evidence of successfully running complex projects using project management tools such as MS Project
• Excellent C-level presentation skills
