Job Description:

The Inventory Analyst will work to obtain, manage and maintain telecommunication information in order to build an inventory in a multi-phased process that allows Tangoe to receive, interpret, and present vendor provided information (i.e. equipment, Telecom, IT services) to our clients. Experience in Telecommunication, Finance and/or Accounts Payable preferred. The ideal candidate is a Goal-oriented team player that can self-manage and achieve organizational objectives. The ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple assignments, creativity, and initiative are also integral to success in this position.

Expertise:

MS Excel (Formulas, Graphs, Macros).

MS Access (Queries, Macros, Tables)

MS Outlook

MS Word

Qualifications/Requirements:

Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Computer Science Majors welcome

Proven ability to develop excellent working relationships with operating leaders

Excellent analytical abilities; ability to effectively communicate analysis and conclusions to operating managers

Proven interpersonal and team work skills
