| Description: | Tangoe, Inc. is looking for a high energy, creative, and experienced Program Manager to help shape the direction of our Award Winning CommCare Mobile Lifecycle management platform and services. The individual in this role will bridge the gap between our Customers and Products and will work with the Product Marketing, Operations and Services teams to translate customer and operational requirements into functional specifications and UI/mock-ups when necessary. The person in this role must also be able to understand the full set of customer requests and ongoing technology requirements to prioritize the development work required to maximize the impact of the development team on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This person will become a subject matter expert on Tangoe's mobile application and be able to advise proactively on enhancements in addition to driving requirements that are passed through from others. When necessary, this person will also participate in sales opportunities to help define and refine specific solutions for large customer requirements. Once requirements are finalized and specifications are created, the Program Manager will see the requirements through to implementation by assisting the developers by reviewing design documents, reviewing test plans, and creating development release notes. |
| Duties: | - Become an expert on Tangoe's application and operational processes
Requirements gathering Specification writing Attend triage meetings to help prioritize requests and bug fixes Provide operational efficiency recommendations for internal processes Work with development to review design docs and test plans Get feedback from customers (internal and external) post implementation of new features/processes Documentation of release items and internal training when necessary Creation of UI Mock ups for new features

| Qualifications: | - 4+ years experience with program or product management
Ability to develop executive level roadmap presentations Strong analytical thinking and problem solver Well-developed verbal and written communication skills; considers perspective of intended audience which will range from Developers, to Sales and Marketing, to external customers Must be able to work effectively in a team environment Self starter who takes initiative Proficient at time and priority management Proven history with process improvement
