Description:Fast-growing, leading Telecommunication Expense Management Company looking for a Connecticut-based Operations Support Lead to support the Implementation and Operations teams in implementing new clients.
Duties: 
  • Work side-by-side with the Implementation Project Manager in receiving all client data in Tangoe's standardized templates.
  • Ensure all data received is complete and accurate
  • Cleanse data and ensure it is in its proper format to be loaded into Tangoe's database(s)
  • Begin process to convert paper to electronic where possible and billing address changes for re-routing of invoices
  • Place necessary orders with the Bill Ordering team and follow through to ensure timely receipt
  • Work with interdepartmental contacts to schedule APGL feed creations, CMP/Command Instance set-up, assurance testing, contract loading, etc.
  • Load and code all billing based on gathered intelligence from the Project Manager and received data from said manager or Bill Ordering team once received.
  • Run regular reports out of CMP to track progress of account implementation, target areas still needing completion and drive to closure swiftly
  • Attend regular client conference calls to communicate progress of weekly efforts.
  • Maintain weekly action item registers, deliver results and report back to client
  • Work interdepartmentally when required to deliver on actions or tasks necessary to successfully implement client.
  • Some travel required - approximately 5-10%
Qualifications: 
  • Client relationship and project management skills
  • Strong data-mining skills (advanced Excel skills required)
  • Prior TEM experience desired
  • Prior telecommunications billing/circuit/inventory experience desired
  • Effective risk management and escalation skills
  • Ability to manage upward
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Hard worker, quick learner-desire to learn, works well in a matrix or team environment
  • 1-2 years of Project Management experience desired
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starting personality able to take initiative and drive projects to completion.

   Requirements:

  • Data analysis experience
  • Accounting and business analysis desired
  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Consulting experience track record of problem solving and creative thinking desired
