| Duties: | - Serves as the customer's single point of contact for all catalog and order-related matters
- Ensures that orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Works to foster a relationship with each carrier account team
- Establish and build relationships with customers and their carrier representatives
- Define and publish the customer's procurement operating procedures
- Monitor the status of customer's orders and other optional procurement services (e.g. hot spare). Resolve any order or carrier issues
- Publish and deliver monthly and quarterly procurement reports
- Maintain customer's rate plan and device catalog
- Configure procurement functionality and train external fulfillers
- Assist Billing Analyst with device discovery projects (outbound calling)

- Collaborate with customer and customer's carriers to build rate plan and device catalogs
- Configure and customize procurement settings
- Payment policies
- Procurement messages
- Approval and procurement notifications
- Availability Policies
- Define and document custom fulfillment workflows and processes
- Work with carriers to configure ordering systems
- Lead customer training of procurement module
- Lead training of fulfillment portal for external fulfillers
- Work with fulfillment specialists to facilitate launch of order processing:
- Provide fulfillment specialist training of carrier systems and custom processes
- Deliver quality assurance requirements to Order Audit Specialist
- Place live test orders with carrier
- Life cycle
- Monitor orders to ensure quality and timeliness
- Assist fulfillment team during volume spikes
- Assist in identification/root cause and corrective action of orders outside of SLA and improve order submission/completion through process changes

- Participate in weekly customer meetings
- Serve as point of contact for any order-related questions or issues
- Take action on process change requests
- Update device and rate plan catalog upon customer request or according to a pre-defined schedule

| Qualifications: | Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Procurement experience highly desired and/or 3-5 years applicable work history |
