| Description: | Tangoe, Inc. is looking for a highly energetic individual to be responsible for the production support of a highly-available and award-winning Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) system. This position will be based in Austin, TX and focusing on Tangoe's Mobile applications. An ideal candidate will be a proficient Java/J2EE developer who will be comfortable handling new challenges and addressing mission critical application diagnostics, troubleshooting and deploying patch releases. |
| Duties: | - Provide production support of critical business applications using Java technologies
- Work effectively under pressure and across multiple projects simultaneously
- Work effectively in a collaborative development environment, providing assistance & technical guidance to other team members as required. This will include a team in Austin and in India.

| Qualifications: | - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years Java Development experience with J2EE
- Experience with Struts, JSP, Ant, Log4j, JUnit
- Facility with SQL - interaction specifically with an Oracle database
- Experience with version control software, such as CVS
- Ability to work after hours, including nights and weekends as needed for urgent issues
- Current knowledge of application servers, such as Weblogic, JBoss
- Pluses will include knowledge of, or exposure to, JavaScript
- Solid time management skills
- Web Services experience also a plus
