| Description: | Fast-growing Software Company focused on enterprise software for large enterprise is looking for a Austin-based project manager to lead mid-to large-scale client engagements and implementations. |
| Duties: | - Our implementation managers are all player coaches in that they manage the project but are also doing part of the work
- 3-4 month implementations from kickoff to fully implemented and accepted by client
- On-going account management once systems are implemented
- Some travel required - approximately 15-25%

| Qualifications: | - Good client relationship and project management skills
- Effective risk management and escalation skills
- Good desktop skills with Microsoft suite of tools (PowerPoint, excel, word and project)
- Hard worker, quick learner, works well in a matrix or team environment
- Packaged Enterprise Software implementation experience
- 2-4 years of Project Management experience in a software implementation environment
- Telecom background not necessary, but a plus
- An entrepreneurial, self-starting personality able to take initiative and drive projects to completion, delighting clients with high-quality deliverables
Educational Requirements: Large enterprise software implementation experience Experience with project management and business analysis
Significant consulting experience track record of problem solving and creative thinking
Proven engagement team managerial experience evidence of successfully running complex projects using project management tools such as MS Project
Excellent C-level presentation skills
Excellent MS Office skills
